CUSTOMER SERVICE- Customer service is my top priority.  Please if there is something wrong with your order when you receive it-please reach out and let me make things right!

Turnaround Time - Unless stated otherwise most items are 10-15 BUSINESS days.  Business days are Monday-Friday-EXCLUDING holidays.  Please understand that things do come up and are out of my control.  Customer Service is my top priority and I will always do what I can to give you the best service.

IN STOCK and PRE ORDERS- Some items are in stock while others are pre ordered and custom made.  If you order a pre order with an in stock item YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE COMPLETED. 

Returns - Since most items are personalized there will be NO returns.  For items not personalized you have 7 days from delivery to return item for store credit.  Item must be new, not worn and still in the same condition. You are responsible for return shipping. I always try my best to give you reviews on an item before purchasing.  We are all different and like our items to fit differently but I will give you details before ordering. 

Returns- I get it!! Please know that items must be new, not worn, tags still attached- they can not have a smell to them or any animal hair. You will get a store credit for your return as long as its returned within 7 business days from the time I put your item in the tote. If it takes you 3 months to come pick up- Returns are not eligible.

Shipping - Once the order is complete I will ship it out and send you tracking information.  All items are shipped through USPS.  Once an item is in the hands of the post office I am no longer responsible for it.  If something happens to your item during transit please notify me ASAP. 

Pick Up - I will notify you once your order is ready for pick up and in my tote! Pick up in a timely manner, please :)
